The importance of this topic is to make you aware that sometimes we find some expressions different of structure but they have the same meaning.Sometimes we find the opposite.
It's hard to grasp this concept but we'll try by examples, this is the first example :

In order we shall not forget/we will not forget

What is the difference in meaning?

1- We commemorate this day in order that we shall not forget this historic moment.
2- We commemorate this day in order that we will not forget this historic moment.
3- We commemorate this day in order that we don't forget this historic moment.

    Hello dr.key.

You gave us a very good topic Dr.key. Dr.key I have a request. Would you please explain the difference in the three sentences you wrote above?
I’ve tried many times to understand the different in meaning in the three sentences and I really felt a difference in meaning in each sentence but I couldn’t express it. I think it would be much better for us (members) if you give us the differences. When you give us another sentences it would be easier for us to give the differences in specific reasons and details. That’s what I really think.

I’m looking forward to getting a reply from you.

    Thanks in advance.

    1. Future. British English.
    2. Future. American English.
    3. Present tense used to mean "at any time-present or future."

Dr.key, Thank you very much for giving us this interesting topic. I really have a suggestion. What about if you give some reasoning so that we know why this sentence or that sentence is correct, or why do we have to choose this word in this sentence instead of using that word and some sort of that.
For example, in your pervious post there were two possible options to make the sentence correct whether assured or ensured.
Why did we choose the correct answer assured and not ensured?!

This will give us the ability to understand English well and the topic will be also more valuable.

    I’m looking forward to it.

    Thanks in advance.
