    Q. How can I download Express English Book?
    A. To download Express English, you must be registered at Express English Forum.
    To register at Express English Forum:

    You'll receive an activation message in your inbox.
    Activate your account, then go to Download Page:
    http://www.expenglish.com/download.php
    Enter your username and password.

    Q. Why haven't I received the activation message yet?
    A. Activation message might take up to 12 hours, please wait; if you have not received it within 12 hours, don't hesitate to contact us.

    Q. Why is my account banned?
    A. You may have downloaded Express English 10 times or more; when you download it many times, the website will ban your account automatically. To unblock your account, don't hesitate to contact us and tell us why you downloaded many times.

    Q. Why is downloading dropping suddenly?
    A. Try to redownload again, and it is recommended that you use a download program (e.g. Internet Download Manager, Download Accelerator).

    Q. Why does the website refuse my password?
    A. The website is sure of your password and doesn't make mistakes about passwords, so you aren't sure of your password. To reset it, go to "Forgot your password?" page.

    Q. In installation, I get this message "1628: Failed to complete installation"?
    A. That means that you have Kaspersky software installed on your computer. Close Kaspersky software, then install Express English; after the installation is complete, run Kaspersky.

    س/ لماذا حسابي محظور؟
    ج/ ربما لأنك حملت الكتاب 10 مرات أو أكثر فعندما تحمله عدة مرات فالموقع يحظر حسابك تلقائياً، لإلغاء الحظر لا تتردد في الاتصال بنا مع ذكر سبب تحميله عدة مرات.

    س/ لماذا التحميل يتوقف فجأة ولا يكتمل؟
    ج/ أعد تحميله مرة أخرى ويفضل استخدام برنامجاً لتحميل الملفات مثل Internet Download Manager أو Download Accelerator.

    س/ لماذا يرفض الموقع كلمة السر الخاصة بي؟
    ج/ الموقع لا يخطأ أبداً في كلمات السر معنى ذلك أنك لست متأكداً من كلمة سر. يمكنك تحديد كلمة سر جديدة من صفحة Forgot your password.

    س/ عند التثبيت تظهر لي الرسالة التالية "1628: Failed to complete installation"؟
